IE Browser Res

Hmmmmmmmmmm I don't know if anyone else experienced this... but after posting on here a little bit earlier, my browser's resolution suddenly grew... and now a whole lotta letters on my screen are really tiny and I can't read them without straining my eyes! 
Some pages seem to "fix" themselves and switch back to the normal res, but for most pages, I'm stuck with smaller pics, fonts... basically a higher resolution that's not browsing-friendly...
Anyone know how I can adjust this?
I'm using IE 5.0 I think...

On your browser's top menu, click on View, then Text Size ... and make sure they're set to Medium ...
If it doesn't fix your resolution, post back...

I dunno why I went around trying to screw with the Internet Options menu....
