Battlenet Problems

Last night, my friends and I were trying to connect to the US West server but it kept giving us the message that said the modem was not connected or the server was not working. The weird thing is that it only happened to those who are on cable connection. Those with DSL worked fine. Could someone explain the problem? The Europe server worked once but then it stopped working after i exited the server. Thanks for all the help

How long has this been happening? This could be a temprorary restriction imposed upon the connection in question. These restrictions are temporary and should remove themselves after a maximum of two days.
