have 64 bit card -try to set to 32 bit color willnot retain 32 bit , go back to 8 bit when shut down for night---cheroosage

have MAG 19" approx 1yr old every thing else seems to be fine,when i change to other programs.. cheroosage

I had a simular problewm with an Nvidia onborad chipset. My solution was download the drivers from Nvidias site, and not use microsofts drivers.
The issue was in Windows 2000 server and Pro.
Also I would update the BIOS on the motherboard at the same time.
Warning I would not update the "Promis "hard drive" IDE drivers from the Nvidia site, if you have that configuration as it locked up my instalation every time.
Just some thoughts.
