MSN Explorer sending me to old Hotmail website to read mail??

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem?
The last few days, when I sign into MSN explorer and click on E-mail, it takes me to the old hotmail website, instead of allowing me to read mail in MSN Explorer.
This happened to me last year but I don't remember how to fix it. I e-mailed MSN but of course they are no help, telling me that I need to purchase MSN 8.
I even have friends signing in on my computer who are able to see their mail in MSN Explorer?? weird.
Any suggestions??

Have you tried signing in from one of your friends computers? If its happening to you there also, then its a setting in preferences being stored by MSN in their system, not your computer.
