Game Freeze

when I play Diablo 2 LOD online it pops up w/ a blue screen that says error press any key to contine but when i press any key (not the any key lol) my computer freezes? that all happened when I could connect to b.net tho now it wont let me it says not connected to internet when I have cable so I am always connected

I have fixed this prblem I deleted and reinstalled but I still cant connect to b.net
