How come I found 2 Stormshields

I was mephy running and when I saw that monarch fall I freaked out crazy and then 4 runs later I found another one!This happend before with other uniques I find them two times in one hour.

bug in the game... if it's with the 1.10 patch then it is a bug that they still have to work out, because they've changed chances of items dropping they forgot to also fix the detect feature which detects if you have the unique that it wants to drop. Or maybe it's on purpose so it's possible to get 9 SOJs?
