Diablo 2 LoD installation problem...HELP!

ok when i try to install diablo 2 lord of destruction, the thing keeps asking me to insert the diablo 2 expansion disk, alittle bit aftter i put it in, and it stops always on D2xTalk.mpq, please help some one!

Have you had the game previously on this computer?
If so what was the cause for the reinstall?

Standard procedure for this problem:
Uninstall both Diablo II and Lord of Destruction. This will not hurt your characters -- they're stored separately from the gameplay files.
Go download the latest patches for Diablo II and LoD directly from Blizzard's patch directory.
Install Diablo II.
Install LoD.
Let us know if this works!
