Please Insert Install Disk 1??? IT'S ALREADY IN!

I have just inserted my Diablo II Install Disk into the CD ROM Drive and everything works fine until I enter my CD key. After that, it tells me to put in my Diablo II Install Disk 1. I have no choice but to press cancel and it comes up:
Maybe your Diablo II Install Disk 1 is not in the CD ROM Drive:
setupdat/setup.vis
Has anyone had this problem and if so, can you tell me how to fix it.

I have just found out that the game is unable to find setup.vis on the game disk and it's right, it's not there. Would someone send me their setup.vis file from the setupdat folder on the disk so that I can play the game? It would be really appreciated.

Your software is obviously defective. I would contact the retailer or Blizzard about exchanging the software for a new copy.

Or, try downloading the 1.09 patch from Blizzard: http://www.blizzard.com/patches
Sometimes when you download the patch and then install, it fixes problems like that.

That's the problem though, I can't install it because that file is missing. It's too late to exchange it because of some warranty. All I need is that one file and it should install.

Tell me more about this warranty, Destroyer. Where did you buy your software?? Why can't you return it?? Why should I believe for one second that you're not trying to snow people into helping you doctor-up a half-assed software crack by providing files piecemeal?? 'Cuz thats what it looks like you're doing. . . .
