How do you know the card supports Vertex and Pixel shaders?

This article may be of some help.

It was a long artical and some of it I didn't understand. But it looks like the ti4200 came in above the FX5200? but the ti4200 has no pixle shader?

The Ti4200 is better. Pixel shaders have been around since the GeForce 3 (or maybe even the GeForce2 GTS) series.

thx. what doeas the memory mean? 128MB DDR 550MHz 3.3 ns DDR BGA memory
8-Layer PCB

8-layer PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is the board itself and how thick it is.

The memory is actually interesting. When the Ti4200 first came out, the 128MB version only came with TSOP (Thin, Small Outline Package) memory that was slower than the 64MB version. This card has 128MB of BGA (Ball Grid Array) memory, which is faster. I've never heard of a 128MB card like that.

If it's real, that's good news. Where are you seeing this card? If it's a reputable company, I'd go ahead and get it.

edit: nevermind, I just googled for the card and found out Asus has been putting BGA memory on the card for a while. I'd get that card.
