what is this
By the way why was my GEFORCE_4_ account erased from OTS? and why is it so changed it has become so confusing to go through

It wasn't erased. Your cookie for the site somehow "disappeared", causing your computer to forget your name and password. Apparantly you've succesfully logged in again, so it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
