Help. What processor does my board support!

Hi I have a gigabyte GA-7DXR+ motherboard.
I wanted to buy the AMD Athlon XP2600+ but i am not sure if it supports this or not?
Could any one please tell me if it does or not?
Also i think my board only supports 266 fsb so if i buy a processor with a fsb of 333 will it just run at 266 or not run at all?
Any help would be my appreciated.
Thanks

I know on there it says it doesnt support the 2600+ however if u look on the bios update there is one for it.
i dont know what to think?
That CPU support list is for version F8 not F9??

it shouldnt be too hard to find your model, just do a search in google for the model name.
If they said there is a bios update for *your* board that will make it use 2600+, go for it, it will run it. im not too sure though yet on on bios updates that do that, i know little on that. ( for now ).

But yes if im correct your processor will run at the 266 speed obviously since it can reach the 333.
