Problems with MSN8 since loading.....

Hi, have subscribed to msn8....seems to be a big mistake so far.....I get into the home page, and within seconds a pop up comes up saying, there is an internal error - do I want it to be reported, or not(???). Either one you clickon, boots you out and almost immediately takes you back into the login screen, where our story starts again. Once I am in on the home page, I can access Encarta for instance and use it, if I can "work around the box", but as for messenger or email- definitely no go...have to go in via internet explorer to access my msn account....also, now because I come in through IE, it asks me everytime to put in email address and password, despite clicking on remember password.....been on tech support for msn....they are still looking into it, days later.....HELP.....
