Connection Interrupted, Realm Down

Every time I go onto battle.net I cannot stay online for more than 20 minutes because it ALWAYS says "connection interrupted" and logs me out. Then when I log back in. I can't get back on because the realm is "down". Please help.

Go to your diablo II folder, delete a file called "bncache.dat", empty your recycle bin and then reboot. This should fix your problem.

i deleted my bncache.dat file, and i havent been getting realm downs anymore, but now i get c000005 errors alot, especially in harrogath with my zon. Any ideas?
