First off....Sorry for the caps on the other post. Though it would be easier to read that way

Second...Remember what we were talking about a few days back about the error i kept getting? Well i found this website there that talks about a bunch of exception errors but i dont understand it that much. It's not a diablo related website but its mentions by "FLT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO" error. Can u check it out to see if u can get something out of it please?

Next time you need to send a message to an individual user, please use the private messaging function.

To do that, look down below under the post, there's a PM button.

Mensho,

A Divide by zero error is usually caused by "bad" programming. By bad, I mean that the programmer didn't anticipate all of the different trials that their software might be put through. That is probably what Canis Lupis was trying to get at. This may have been brought on by the patch itself. It's not unlikely.

You need to try to determine if this error is reproducible. Can you duplicate it and how. Did you add any software just before it started happening? Does it go away if you remove any software installs? Does it only happen in D2?

The thing that made me start having those error were the patches. I never had that error before the patch. Canis told me it might be a graphic card i might be in need of. Does it have to do at all with the graphic card?

A lot of times, patches assume you have the latest video and sound drivers installed. If you can, try installing driver updates for your video card, sound card, and all the Windows updates you can get from Windows update. This may help remove the error your getting.

Updating your directX version might help too. www.microsoft.com/directx

If it still acts up, try reinstalling the game and the patch. Make sure you backup your characters if you have any open characters.

If it still acts up, post back with your system specs and we'll try and help you further.
