hi all,

One of my clients want to equally distribute it's internet bandwidth between the users. the server is win2000 , and mixed mode clients ( win98/me/nt /2K) are there. is there any software utility ( freeware !) to control this bandwidth issue?

thanks u all.

You could try Microsoft's BITS technology. I believe BITS performs that function. I haven't looked at it much.

And I don't know if it's free. I haven't seen any freeware utility to do what you need.
