i am getting a Shrinker.err when trying to install half-life on windows XP. i am wondering if there is anything out there to fix this. the message goes as follows:
(3.20) <file location of intall here>: Dispature initalisation error 11

Sorry but it seems that type of error is usually associated with pirated software. If that's the case, you won't get any help here.

This software is not pirated. it its a VERY OLD version of half-life.
EDIT
I made this cd off of my old cd actually, i have a legit cd, cd key and help-book that came with it, this is a "backup" that you are allowed to create. because i cant find my origional...
