Program Window's too small

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

For a while now I've noticed that most of my programs window's are way smaller than their default size, to the point that they are unusable, which is really upsetting because now I cannot use many programs!

The windows are the type that you are unable to manually resize with the click of a mouse.

I searched the internet for a solution and found someone with the same problem at annoyances.org but the solution reply did not help.

Please help!

WIN2k
320MB PC133 RAM
80GB 7200RPM Western Digital Hard drive w/ 8MB cache
ATI 7000 (AGP)
AOpen MX3L Mobo

When you have the problem window in focus (so the title bar is lit up), hold alt and press space, then choose Size, then you can use the keyboard down and right arrows to make the window bigger.

Can't... the size option is indented and a light grey color... it wont lemme resize!

Odd. That program must have been written poorly to allow something like that to happen.

Try running in a slightly higher resolution than what you are using, it might help.

the program used to work fine a while ago, and its multiple programs that are affected now.

Unfortunately my resolution wont go any higher than it is now... monitor cant handle it.

It looks as if you modified your font size under Display Properties Appearance. Or maybe the scheme has been screwed up.
