Kazaa download users

I downloaded some mpeg video files from Kazaa. When you download a file, it goes to a file called My Shared Folder that is created by Kazaa when its installed. My question is, it will not let me move or delete the file.It gives me the prompt Cannot delete or move [name of file] It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again. However, I can right click on the file and send it to my documents this way. Once in My documents I thought I could create a new file and drag and drop it to the new file but I get the prompt. Cannot delete it either . Same prompt. Has any one had any experience with this? How do I move and delete these files. I did not have this problem with Me! Running xp now. Thanks for any help.
