9.0 upgrade

When I try to upgrade to 9.0 I get a message saying "unable to determine the appropriate version to install". What do I do?

There is no 9.0 upgrade for Windows NT/2000/XP.
Maybe you could specify the program you're trying to upgrade?

I'M TRYING TO UPDATE MY AOL 8.0 TO THE NEW 9.0. WHENEVER I TRY THIS I GET A MESSAGE SAYING "UNABLE TO DETERMINE APPROPRIATE VERSION TO INSTALL. ANY IDEAS

Are you trying to install from a disc or download? I installed it 2 nights ago from a down load and had no problems.
