help needed. when i burn a vcd using nero 6
it finishes at 100% then the drive wont open.
I have to close down and restart .After which the vcd is ok to use.

List your system spec's.
Have you successfully burned vcd's in the past so that the cd tray opens properly?
Do you have the box checked in Nero's properties to automatically open the tray after finishing the burn?
Do you have the same problem when you burn audio or data cd's?

AMD 1GHZ, PC CHIPS 810LMR. LITEON CD/RW. 250MB SDRAM.
ONLY WHEN I DO VCD. IT FINISHES THE BURN THEN THE GREEN LITE STAYS ON FOR 10 MINS AFTER. THEN AN ERROR
MESSAGE COMES ON SAYING BURN PROSESS FAILD. ONCE
I GET THE DREW OPEN THE VCD IS OK ITS JUST THE DRIVE WONT OPEN.

i think that you are experiencing software trouble instead of cd-rw failure. To fix, tru re-installing nero and updating the firmware/drivers for your burner.
