LoD Problem/Install.

When I pop in the CD to install LoD after I install Diablo 2, the screen says " Play " instead of " Install. "
It wont let me install LoD.
Anyone got anything to help me out?

yes, of course I have.
I inserted the Diablo 2 play disc and it works, even for LoD.
Im wondering if this is a first or has anyone else seen this before?

If I'm getting the right picture from you: after installing Diablo 2 (and making sure everything's DONE, including closing the screen that says "Play" post-installation), you pop in the LoD disc, and the LoD setup screen appears, except with "Play" instead of "Upgrade ...".
Well, try uninstalling D2 and reinstalling I guess... *shrug*

I had this same problem - to fix it is easy...after uninstalling Diablo II, make sure you completely delete the Diablo II folder and subfolders - make sure you save your character files first if you want to keep them! Then reinstall Diablo II and after than when you put in the LoD disc it should say "Upgrade (800 meg)" instead of "Play Diablo II"
