Rats & Drats

Something to think about while I calculate the real circumference of a 16 inch Pizza with everything:
I had written about the Rat who led the Snake into a power station somewhere on these forums or others. I can't remember where. I write for 3 different boards now. But essentially the snake got fried and our whole city made like California in a dinner rolling blackout that lasted most of the night. the Rat got away and is laughing somewhere. Well it happened again. Same deal. Same scenario. Same Rat ( I am sure) different snake.
I have theories that have fallen on deaf ears at city hall. I went down and told them that Rats can jump over power grids while snakes have to crawl. A fact that city hall has yet to grasp and I don't want to get off on a rant about city halls. But the current fix being considered is to put CATS in the powerhouse to eliminate the RAT problem so Snakes don't get Fried and Blackout the city.
In a down and dirty alley fight, I would bet on the RAT to win every time. Cats while they have their days, just don't seem to have the intelligence that RATS do.
(note: any animal that is deified by a culture goes on to become an idiot in subsequent cultures. While it can be argued that MICKY MOUSE is a deity in our culture, we are talking mouses not RATS. I have yet to find a RAT as a deity in any culture. Snakes yes. CATS yes. but no RAT.)
Speaking of intelligence and idiots, Our President is about to give taxpayers back 38 billion dollars in tax rebates. Each taxpayer (all 300 of them--you know who you are) will get about 300 dollars. This is to make you feel good before they tell you, you will not be able to retire at 70 anymore and must work until you are 100. I am not a taxpayer. I figured out in Economics class in 1969 that the only way to truely rich in America is to be poor. All of my medical bills are paid for and the government even gives me money each month. People who work think I am a RAT.
Drat to that.
Token Tech Qualifier for Opentechsupport.net: Since this is a tech board and I should be writing techy stuff I thought I would include this tidbit. SECRET COW LEVEL UPDATE!!! A local Biotech Company is working on ways to have the bio electric charges in bacteria in a cows stomach to transmit computer data.I guess our future desktop will be a Cows Stomach cooled by IVs and loaded with bacteria. I am calling it WinCow for now. No word on which cows stomach is being used.
I will be very interested in knowing how to overclock a cows stomach. While you might scoff and laugh at the notion, this company has already lined up millions in investment capital. I am a great fan of people who can explain outrageous things in a way that makes sense and induces people to part with monies. Drat. Wish I had thought of that. (My slogan for the Cows Comp would be BEEFY BEEFY BEEFY) Of course there will be some out there, probably Flat Earthers and anti coffeeites who will say BULL.
