becoming Telvanni Archmagister in Morrowind

I have become Master of the house Telvanni, killed the master of the Hlaalu stronghold and I killed the master of the Redoran stronghold. And when I report back to Aryon he says I have passed the chance of becoming Magister, the next level up. All the Telvanni councilors are alive, except Gothren and I have been proclaimed Hortator in all three houses already. Is there a way to advance in rank? Did I do something wrong?

This site, as said in the name, focuses primarily with technical prblems when it comes to games. Perhaps someone might know morrowind enough to answer your question, but please take into consideration that answering questions such as yours is not the primary purpose if this site, so you shouldn't get mad if your question is not answered.
