European Union Introduces New Internet Proposal

Today, the European Union brought forth a proposal to provide every European's house a functional internet source. The plan promised to serve those in difficult to reach areas, and even if it involved spending more than it was worth.
The plan is also designed to target lower classed citizens, but there was no mention of broadband. Read the full story here at Washtech.
