Nero 6.0.0.11 installation problems

 Hi!
I am using nero 6.0.0.9 which is working perfectly but when I try to update to 6.0.0.11 it's tell me my files is out of date, then ask me to go to microsoft and update my files, What files? I am running window 2000 pro with sp4 ,plus all the latest updates. Do any one else having this problem, has any one got any solution to my problem. appreciate any help.
p.s I also get same thing with nero media player 1405

Perhaps you should try going to the website of your burner manufacturer to see if there are any driver upgrades.

Yes I did check not long ago,I also e-mail "Ahead" about my problem but they seen to take age's to reply maybe I have to wait until I hear from them

 I just received a patch from "Ahead" which allow me to install nero v..6.0.0.11 .So ,If you are having the same problem contact the support people at Ahead and they will do the same!
