When I go to my write mail and click on the camera icon, I select insert picture, and I receive an alert that says, this application could not be started because jgmeGEM.dll was not found. What is this, and what do I do?

I assume you use AOL. Have you tried using the attach button instead of the camera icon, and if so, do you recieve the same error?

I have not, but since then, I have also tried to go to expressions, and there is the same message. I can still function by clicking the X and closing the box, but that doesn't remedy the problm. It's everywhere! Help!

use the attach function, regardless of the email program you are using.
