Netscape 6.2 Address Book

I have entered all the names in my address book as last name, first name. Now I want to sort them in alphabetical order. When I choose this option, nothing happens. It doesn't work with first name, last name either. If I choose sort by email, the email addresses appear in alphabetical order, so I know something is working correctly. I really want the cards sorted by name. Any ideas?

It is most likely a bug in the Netscape code. Version 6 was very buggy and had many types of errors like what you have mentioned. However, all hope is not lost-upgrading to Netscape 7.1 will keep all of your old data but it is much more reliable as well as containing benificial features such as pop-up blocking as well as junk mail filters.
