Aol Live Technical Support

When I click on the LIVE TECHNICAL HELP link on the AOL HELP page I get the message"WEBSITE NOT RESPONDING-502 CONNECTION HANGUP." I have been trying to reach AOL for over a week now, (at all different times of the night and day). AOL phone techs can't help me, and I have tried many different suggestions. Could the website be down for repairs or something?

It is an error usually associated with ASP pages running outdated software ... however, I don't really know how the live technical help can be of assistance to you when you say their own phone techs cannot even help you ...
What problem are you experiencing anyway?
