How do I lower my monthly internet bill. I just signed up for 1045 hour free and was billed more than expected. I would like a lower plan.

From AOL's feedback page:

All account specific billing related questions must be submitted through the AOL service via AOL Keyword: Billing to ensure proper verification.

You should be able to lower your bill by going with a differenct ISP other than AOL.

Nocode is dead on, dont use AOL, you are getting ripped off in the extreme. Use earthlink, better service, lower bill, better company. And if anyone asks, I never said that-half my family works for AOL-Time-Waner
