DC at W32STAI_Display(): error 0 ??

hello.. im quite curious on what this error message is.. i have never seen it before or delt with anything like it..
I currently play a mass multiplayer online role playing game called Everquest.. not sure if you guys are familiar wit hit or not.. but when i run the Everquest patcher.. i keep getting this error..
Could not Create DC at W32STAI_Display(): Error 0
then the patcher shuts down and i have to restart it.. but the error comes up everytime... i have Reinstalled the game serveral times now.. updated my DirectX version, Updated video card drivers and sound card drivers.. and cant seem to fix this problem.. also.. sometimes i get this error message as well..

I also have the same problem. Our internet was off for a few months and after we reconnected my hubby HAD to get his eq fix right away!! I cant seem to find out why we are having this problem. I'm glad to know we are not alone and am hoping for help. PLEASE let me know if someone has given you a helpful reply
