NHL 2004 or ESPN NHL Hockey(2k4)

My friend AK and I have been debating over which is going to be the better game NHL 2004 or ESPN NHL Hockey. My vote goes to NHL 2004 because of the style that I like to play. I LOVE depth in a dynasty mode. The new features to me are to die for. However ESPNs game has the better graphics and gameplay so they say. The knock on EAs version is that there is too much checking(if you can believe that from 2003) which makes gameplay slow and not as exciting. While I will play both and love both my vote as to which one is GOING to be better since I havent played either(I dont count the EA demo as playing) is for NHL 2004! ROCK ON DYNASTY! ROCK ON!

ESPN has something over EA. Online play and leagues.

That wins out over Dynasty for me.

Actually EA has online play.
Online play: Go online and skate against the best gamers in the world! (In North America only for the PlayStation®2 console and PC-CD)

Ahh I thought this was in reference to Xbox for some reason.

My vote still goes for ESPN.

Espn, no question.

EA's gameplay hasnt been hip since 98.
