Nah
We had them at the video store and they were worthless. Usually just made the disc worse.
A cheaper, easier and better solution is to use an automotive liquid buffing compound. Hell, I've even used meguiars cleaner wax and that worked pretty well.
Brasso (brass polishing liquid) also works well.

K, I got the same Meguires that you use, but, I got my receipt back and am just gonna return it, Yeah,... Hillywood had more 2 for 20 so I bought more since i was bored.. Didn't have you there to check them though lol.
