Diabli II CD-ROM trouble. plz help

Whenever i try to play diablo this error poops up and says that it can't find the Diablo II expansion disc. Yes i checked several times to see if the disc was in there and it was. Please tell me anything fixes or ways to get around this. It'd be greatly appreciated.

1st thing is, are you playing with an expansion disk . A lot of the problems from people I talk to is that they get an error about an expansion disk, but never purchased or used one!
Anyway, you may have the same problem i just reply'd to before:

Diablo II and Warcraft III Users:
Many customers have reported they could play the game, but after rebooting their machines, they received the "Please verify your CD is in the drive" error message. After reinstalling the game they could play but rebooting would create the problem all over again. You should not have to reinstall the game every time you want to play.
We have found a couple of programs that may be creating this problem. These programs include Kazaa and Kazaa Lite.
If you are experiencing this type of problem, please try uninstalling Kazaa, uninstall the game, reinstall the game, and then patch the game. Please note that removing Kazaa alone will not fix the problem - you need to reinstall the game after removing Kazaa. This solution may not work for everyone, but we have received many reports confirming this has helped.

I've been having the same problem too,
i have uninstalled kazaa and reinstalled diablo 2 but it still wont work!
Please help me!

Kazaa Lite is crap. 
I don't agree with stealing of copyrighted files that take away money from thier creators.

Sounds like you got yourself a corrupted disk...samething happened with my original Diablo 2..I even tried cleaning the disk because I thought it was scratched...and it was in very good condition...I think one of the files got deleted somehow. Dunno really what happened...maybe you should try cleaning your disk too?
