Email deletion?

Someone has recently went into my hotmail account and deleted all of my inbox messages, is there a way to contact hotmail and have one of their tech support people check and see all the IP's that were in my mailbox in the past 48 hours?

depends if you have the pay service or not, i would assume. but also hotmail likes to delete old mail on its own, which is aggrevating.
