Connection problems

netzero will not recognize my username and password when I try to connect. I have made sure that they are on the forms in the computer at network settings and in "my computer" After I downloaded the software and set up my connections, it worked. I then went to add/remove programs and removed a weather site, and had to reboot to finish the uninstall. After that, when I tried to reconnect using netzero, it would not connect. I checked, and my info is still in the forms. What's wrong????

Uninstall/Reinstall the netzero software.
