If you can get back into BIOS try resetting all settings to Default.

Try finding out if there is a cmos reset switch, usually a jumper on the board near to the battery. If you can find the mobos model name/number try a google search for its manual. This will tell you where the cmos jumper is..You usually have to take the jumper off then put it on some other pins for a few seconds to reset, but DON'T turn on the computer with the jumper on the reset pins, make sure that it is back in the default position..or your computer may have serious probs doing anything.
Good Luck...but if you are unsure about what I've said don't carry it out.

All the best :-)
