Half Life 2 Delayed.

As our own Jack G. predicted in his article almost two weeks ago, news is hitting channels that Half Life 2 has been delayed until the holidays.
The previously announced September 30th release date for Half-Life 2 is being pushed back. We are currently targeting a holiday release, but do not have a specific "in-store" date to share at this time. We will release that information as soon as we have confirmed a new date.

Instead of giving an.. "estimated" release date, I kinda wish they didnt say anything and just have it spring up on us. HL2 talk was really lowkey til the E3 video then everyone went Syko. I just hope it's out before the end of the year.

Of course its being pushed back. But this is good actually. It gives more time for the truth to come out about certain other things.
IMO, I think the whole thing is very shady. Almost to the point where I dont want to play it just because of that.

Don't Forget that the first HL was delayed by a year... hopefully not a deja vu... I preordered HL2 also... I guess if it doesnt come out by March, i'll change it to Doom 3

That could be seen coming from a mile away. Sierrra has delayed every major release for over two years running.
