On starting up my pc
i get a message that says "IPHLPAPI.DLL file cannot start": and to check file to dtermine the problem. I checked it by going to search but, I don`t know what to do from there.what sshould I do? When I looked in the search for the file I saw two and one time I looked I saw three files.Maybe I should delete? Maybe, I don`t know.Maybe I can re-install the driver file? Please give me some help on this matter.
