nforce2 MCP-D vs MCP-T

I can't find any website that well tell me the difference between MCP-D and MCP-T(Media and Communications Processors) on the nvidia nforce2 chipset. If anyone could enlighten me I would appreciate it.

As far as I can tell, the MCP-D is only on the original nForce chipset. If you're going for an nForce2 mobo, the MCP-T is the one to look for.
