Socom Navy Seals headset

When i play the game not online my headset works fine, but everytime i go into an online game, i dont get to talk to my teamates. it worked find last year, when i was at school, now im back and it wont work. am i doing something wrong? how can i fix it? any advice will help!

Make sure you read the manual and open the ports for the voice chat if you are running a router.
