your own account, or your own acount name spoofed? i get mail all the time from myself  .
as for the password thingy, sounds like the guy might have a cookie from a public logon somewhere and he can read your mail as long as you dont change your password.

heh, yahoo accounts are easily hacked by someone that knows what they are doing. that is why many secure servers dont like you providing yahoo and hotmail addresses. but i suspect it probably is as suggested above, you forgot to log off from somewhere.
do a trojan scan first on your comp at home. then change the pass to your account.
