Filter your email so that all mail from that sender (or that domain) get put into your trash file automatically. Don't send them any more requests not to spam you - it's a waste of time and just lets them know your address is still active.

Send the spam mail to their ISP's abuse email address constantly and indicate to the ISP that you will continue to forward the emails to them until they are stopped. Make sure you keep sending them, a lot of ISPs dont really care, although most of the bigger ones will do something, the smaller ones take a while to get it through their heads.
Some states have a government run organization that you can report spam to as well.

Yes! For sure! That's really sound advice. The b**tards use your response for that, and sometimes requesting them to stop will actually make it *worse*.They sometimes "sell" your active account's address to OTHER spammers/affiliates!! Then it multiplies.I have a big problem with this too...
There's a ton of anti-spam proggies out there. It's just getting used to how to use one effectively.
A tip for the future too: Set up a free e-mail account somewhere as a "Secondary/Spam" deposit account. If you are ever unsure about someone or some company, etc. e-mailing/abusing you,-then if you must-give them that address first.Check them out.If they abuse your trust, you'll see in that account, and your main (real) account won't be hit (hopefully).Also-you can sometimes find out the origin/specifics of the e-mailer,and take some vengeance on them,etc.-if you've a mind to... I realize this is NOT a solution for your current prob,-they already know where you are,but just consider it for the future as a test buffer for those "unknowns".If you CAN trust 'em,-switch it to your actual "main" e-mail account afterwards.
P.S.- ...and NO- I didn't use a "Spam-buffer" e-mail address when I signed up,-it's the real one!! LOL heh-heh
