XBOX is not working

my Xbox does not work, i try to open it and it start doing some sound like it is tring to start up but it fails, it trys to do that three times and then start to flash red and green lights and cannot work at all.

Do you by chance have a mod chip installed?

yes i belive so becuase yesterday wehn i open the xbox i found a wire on the mother borad which was a kind of loose so i pulled it and the xbox worked fine after that but without the mod chip
