TVMD go away!

Ok, well there is this program in my windows folder called TVMD. It's used by windows whenever it comes on. My search and destroy, mcafee, and adaware all find it, and it's been deleted quarentined etc, but it keeps coming back. Sometimes it will have an illegal operation and will have to reboot whole computer. I'm pretty sure I don't want it there.

TVMD is direct-marketing adware. If your Spybot is detecting it but it keeps coming back, are you running Windows ME or XP by any chance? If you are, you should try disabling System Restore before you remove this adware.
