I was just wondering if any of you have been following this on the news? Even though nothing has been discovered, (except for a "missing person" report), for sure, it would be interesting to hear if anyone has opinions about it.

I am asking because this hits pretty close to home! Modesto, CA is just North of us and that is where Chandra Levy is from.

I didn't read that news bit. But, I have been following the story. I'm pretty heavy handed, so, if he gets caught up with her disappearance, I feel it serves him right.
I've already seen another woman who says his private investigators and lawyers tried to get her to disavow any affair with him and be quiet.

God damnit! I hate Chandra Levy. Who the hell is this whore? why the hell does she take up the news? (which could be showing me violent crimes and other news-worthy events) damn her. she is not special. just some whore who got lost. who the hell cares. stuff like this happens all the time, but this whore gets all this attention. damn this topic to hell.
*note- over the past 3 or 4 weeks, i have been watching TV alot with my brother. he is for some reason hooked on watching FOX news channel. well, all that has been on is this stupid story about some worhless woman who is missing. as the days go by, and i see more and more of this crap, i get increasingly hostile toward the TV. I have even sunk to the level of screaming at the TV (like old crazies do when they watch wheel of fortune) I saw this topic just after watching a special report on this slut. this explains all of my anger. god i hate this ugly broad.
btw- she is dead

What bugs me is that if Gary Condit is involved with her disappearance, which he probably is, he thought he could get away with something. Now, more than ever, you can't get away with things like you used to. Even being a high-profile political figure won't help. If he's found responsible, that means he thought she would disappear, and her friends and family wouldn't miss her, and certainly never point a finger at him... and he would live happily ever after.

ultimately what expect will happen if condit turns out to have either killed her or had her killed is that the news media led by carvell and john mcaine in a bipartisan forgiveness trip, issue condit a censure from the US senate since it wasnt really murder cuz the word murder doesnt mean murder because it was a censensual affair between two grown adults. and everyone knows that nothing illegal could ever arise from the actions between two consenting adults... i say give him a censure now and spare the country the total disruption that a trial would cause. cant have the entire govt shutdown and the rest of the free world come to a halt because of the actions of consenting adults...

I was a bit offended that someone could be calling Chandra Levy a whore. I took it that he was putting the blame on her for getting killed. I feel that she is dead. But, it's surely not her fault.
If you are going to take every comment personally, I suggest you go somewhere else. A forum is for discussion. It's too easy to misunderstand a statement and read it out of context. Surely, don't get angry about a post on a board.
