Oh no, not another newbie...

Howdy! My name is James, and I'm new to this site. I'm a 37 (in a month) year old telephone installer/repairman. I have been installing DSL service up to the customer jack for a bit over two years, and have recently added PC tech skills to my job description. I set up modems, NICs, and basic networks, and I am always looking for tips and tricks for making the customer's machines work most efficiently with their newly added high speed connection. I'm a fairly competent PC user with enough system knowledge to be dangerous (to the machine), so I try to pick up some new PC wisdom and savvy where ever I can. I hope to be able to contribute something, as well.
