Missing files!!!

I need help, and FAST!!
If anyone on this board has the latest versions of these to files (gchand.dll and grxp4vxd.vxd), I'd really be greatful if you could e-mail them to me as GRAVIS keeps giving me the royal run-around, When I said I need them, they told me that they should have been installed, and if they weren't, then the I/O Range for my gameport was to high for the installation. And they told me that I should contact Creative to find out how to do that. Well I did, and Creative said that I couldn;t change it without a lot of complicated registry fiddling. I've had it with GRAVIS, so please if ANYONE has these two files, please send them.
BTW, I'm running Windows XP Pro and have a GRAVIS Xterminator gamepad.

Never mind. The .dll I found online and the .vxd I extracted from one of Gravis's older versions of the Experience. Goes to show you that if you want ANY tech support from Gravis, you have to do it yourself.
