Albatron Technology Co. LTD., a manufacturer and global distributor of high technology PC components recently announced the new GeForce FX5700U graphics card. The GPU (FX 5700 Ultra – NV36) on this board is currently being highly touted by nVIDIA® and contains impressive performance capabilities including a 475 MHz GPU clock speed and a DDR II memory interface capable of 900 MHz. This card also comes with nVIDIA®’s latest versions of CineFXTM (ver 2.0), Intellisample HCT (High-resolution Compression Technology), and UltrashadowTM Technology, making up the industry’s most powerful suite of firmware and software technology for the graphics market.
This card can seriously be a great buy at $200. It will compete with the 9600 XT and maybe even beat it.

Only $200?? Damn, that is sweet.
Any benches to show its performance comparison with the 5900/5900u or is it too new?

No Benchmarks yet. I am really waiting to see them, I mean if this card is that good, I may be buying it.

Bleh, it has 128bit memory. Its not gonna have quite as much power as you may think it does. It would be nice if Gainward put 256bit memory on it, but I doubt that would keep it at $200.
Their also bringing out a 5950Ultra, The core is 25mhz higher and the memory is 256bit.

toms hardware conclusion is basically:
the 5700 is slightly worse than the 9600xt, but alot better than the 5600 ultra.
the 5950 improves only slightly over 5900 and is still worse than the 9800xt.
