don't type in all caps dude, its annoying.
Anyway, both you and your hosts should make sure ports 6112-6119 and port 4000 are forwarded to your specific comps (if you have a firewall), as those are the bnet ports.
For info on how to do this, search previous posts. theres a bunch of em.

What OS are you running? Do you use a router and/or firewall? What's the type of connection that you have to the internet? We're going to need more information before we can narrow down the solution to your problem.
