Backing up outlook express settings, email, etc?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

moving from a somewhat fresh system to a completely new comp, how do i backup outlook express stuff?

the account configurations, stored email folder structure, etc?

(to be migrated to a new system's outlook express, and then eventually to thunderbird. i need to back up soon, and obtaining my isp's server names is freakeshly time consuming. so i just need to transfer everything that i had to use an isp wizard for, which only works for OE.)

i am running windows 2000, i used to be able to search for these files, pre service pack 4.

microsoft should be obligated to tell us what is wrong with service packs, or at least what app's balls they cut off.

so uh, any ideas? youd think there would be a common way of doing this.
